Chaozhou Nanhua Plastics Industry Co., Ltd. is a modern plastics enterprise integrating R&D, production, processing and sales. The company is affiliated to Huafeng Group and is the backbone of Huafeng Group's transformation and upgrading. Nanhua Company, located in the industrial zone of Anbu Town, Chaoan District Guangdong Province, was founded on 1st November 2010, with a registered capital of 30 million yuan, covering an area of more than 1.3 hectares. The Company is a comprehensive enterprise for researching/development, production, processing and sales/trading of three-layer co-extrusion casting polypropylene film and plastic materials. The Company has advanced technical forces with two introduced Mitsubishi CPP cast film production lines(width of 4.5m and 4.2m), equipped with Japanese Toray cutting machine specializing in the production of special CPP materials such as aluminized substrate films, etc, and high-end aluminum plating machine for deep processing, with annual production capacity of more than 12000 tons. The Company management has passed ISO9001-2008 international quality certification. The Company is market-oriented and managing procurement, logistics, production, sales, administrative logistics services and other functions on the ERP platform to ensure the compliance of funds, raw materials, finished products and so on. Huafeng Group’s subsidiary Chaozhou Huafeng Petroleum Products Warehousing Co., Ltd., is equipped with a terminal of 5000 tons, which can berth oil/gas/chemical vessels with the size of less than 5000 tons, and 14 filling parking spaces (6 for liquefied gas and 8 for other products).
The Company receives the cargoes by vessel and delivers the products mostly by tank truck, as well as by vessel.. It serves as a petroleum products storage for east Guangdong and the neighboring provinces such as Jiangxi and Fujian. The total storage capacity is 27000 m3(details please referring to the attachment) as below: Diesel oil capacity of 10000m3(2*5000m3normal temperature and pressurized storage tanks with metal fixed roof); Gasoline capacity of 11000m3(1*5000m3and 2*3000m3normal temperature and pressurized tanks with internal floating roof); Chemical products capacity of 3000m3(1*3000m3normal temperature and pressurized tank with internal floating roof). The T-shaped wharf is composed of 190m front barge terminal, 490m rear approach bridge and 40m revetment. Approach trestle is gravity structure of hollow blocks filled with sand and rocks.
